Usually, Hunter's Tents cost 50 Earth energy, but at these travel points, you only need five (at least in Harugasumi Way!) We've found them nearby ancient trees where you can construct healing water wells. In addition, there is at least one hidden travel point on each map that lets you build Dragon Karakuri like Hunter's Tents for a crazy reduced cost. Know that you can build them anywhere you want, though - not just next to a Dragon Pit! You can always destroy ones you don't end up using, too. Because of this, you generally can only have a limited number built at a time. The Dragon Karakuri "Hunter's Tent" can be used as fast travel points when selected on the map, but they use Earth elemental energy that's unlocked by activating Dragon Pits.

The catch is that you have to make your own fast travel points. This is related to Dragon Pits, too! The maps in Wild Hearts are quite large and occasionally cumbersome to traverse, but luckily, you can fast travel.
